SALES PROJECT ENGINEER

THE PREFERED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A TRACK RECORD IN THE FIELD OF SPECIAL PURPOSE, AUTOMATION AND STANDARD MACHINERY SALES AND THEREFORE WILL BE CAPABLE OF OFFERING AND PRESENTING THE BEST SOLUTIONS TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

CAD DESIGN DRAUGHTER

THE PREFFERED CANDIDATE WILL BE EXPERIENCED IN THE MECHANICAL DESIGN AND PROJECT ENGINEERING OF SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINES AND ASSEMBLY EQUIPMENT OR SIMILAR TYPE INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT, BECONVERSANT WITH AUTOCAD INVENTOR OR SIMILAR DRAWING PACKAGES AND PREFERABLY A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MODERN CONTROLS SUCH AS PLC CONTROL SYSTEMS.

Collapsing Supermarket Trays

We offer customers an extensive range of engineering solutions.

This system is designed to close in sequence the sides of washed supermarket collapsible trays, it has been introduced to remove the labour content and health and safety risks associated with the manual task of closing the tray sides. read more

 

Current Projects.....

Robotic Trimming Cell

This cell is based on a six axis robot that is programmed to trim the excess moulding waste on a large range of shapes and sizes of a domestic bathroom product. This cell would also be capable of trimming other types of composite, laminated or vacuum formed products.

Automatic Packing of chocolate formers and interleafing

This system is designed to place chocolates filled formers into a presentation box and place seperation sheets between the individual layers in sequence it has been introduced to remove the labour content and health and safety risks associated with this predominently manual task.
