Battery Lid Hot Plate Welding Machine
This freestanding standard hotplate welding machine configuration allows Battery cases and lids to be loaded and unloaded by an operator and comprises of an in-feed assist conveyor, a work station and a single hotplate arrangement, the adjustable tooling can accommodate most battery cases and lid type.
The horizontal format of the hotplate welding machine is ideal for welding together a wide variety of plastic battery cases and lids . The IR heaters are designed for non-contact heat transfer to the parts.
