Battery Weld, Leak and Flow Test
This in-line machine is configured to hot plate weld, leak and flow test and verify, producing two automotive batteries at a time. The machine comprises of a transport conveyor, twin automatic pick up and welding units, a leak and flow test station with reject gate. The machine is manufactured from acid resisting materials and is fully automatic, producing two welded and tested batteries every two minutes.
On-line support is also available through a modem facility.
